Hi I’m Chef Emily. I’m the chef behind Sacred Song Food. My goal is to support you by putting healthy gourmet meals at your fingertips.

Let me plan the menu, shop, prep, prepare, portion, label your meals for you. Simple, easy, and delightful.

Sacred Song Food, is food that makes your heart sing. Foods that nourish and refuel your body, spirit and soul.

Sacred Song Food, makes your mouth water. Makes your body sing with joy, vitality and gratitude.

When your meals are prepared by a Happy Chef, that is in harmony, flow and balance with the energies of life, you can taste and feel the difference. Foods carry the energy of how it has been prepared.

For me, cooking is a practice in mindfulness. When we come from a place of intention, love and kindness, our hearts expand, and our lives become more rich and full.

Food is so much more than providing sustenance to a body. So much more than filling a belly. It’s about nourishing a soul.

How does Personal Chef Service work? We will schedule a convenient time to meet or schedule a phone call to get to know each other. We will discuss your dietary needs, tastes and preferences.  I will create a customized menu for you based on your preferences and email it to you for your approval. We will schedule the best day and time for me to arrive on site to prepare, package, and label your personalized meals.

Nutrition and Ingredients. Your dishes will be prepared based on your needs, and preferences. Generally, a mix of proteins, vegetables, starches and anything else you may request.

I will personally, hand pick the finest, local in season ingredients to create your weekly menu.

If you prefer all organic ingredients, I will calculate the service fee based on the food costs. This cost can fluctuate weekly depending on seasonal organic ingredients.

Meal size and Freshness. Weekly service is defined as 4 dishes for 2 persons. A portion is  approximately 6-8 oz protein, 1 cup starch and 1-2 cups vegetables. We also have family style options for larger orders. Let us know what you have in mind and we will do our best to make it happen.

Your dishes will stay fresh up to 4-5 days in refrigerator. If you know you will not eat them in that time frame they can be frozen to last longer.

I recommend using Pyrex dishware for your meal containers. These are cost efficient, environmentally friendly, microwave, oven, freezer and dishwasher safe.

Booking.  Once you accept the weekly menu plan, I will begin planning and shopping for the freshest ingredients. Each weeks cooking session will be scheduled in advance and more than likely will be the same day and time each week.
